Event: The graffiting of National Lottery advertising hoardings around Oxford. Using black spray paint designed for cars and white emulsion paint, the original meaning of the advertising hoardings were transformed into advertisements for M.N.K.. They originally said:

It was changed to:
Date: 6.11.94 / 8.11.94 / 14.11.94
Location: Various advertisings hoardings in Oxford.
Transport: car.
Objects taken: Black spray paint, white emulsion paint, paintbrush.
Participants: AF, MH, JR, HM, JP.
Chronology of events:
6.11.94: Two advertising hoardings on London Road, Headington.
- 10:10 Leave 4 Southfield Road with AF, MH, JR, HM.
- 10:16 Arrive in Headington.
- 10:20 Start to paint.
- 10:24 Interruption by four inebriated middle-aged women who take our paint and write "Happy Birthday Mozza" on frame of advertisng hoarding. They discuss what we are doing.
- 10:27 Continue painting.
- 10:33 Finish painting and leave.
- 10:37 Arrive 4 Southfield Road.
8.11.94: Two advertising hoardings. One by Oxford Rail Station, one on Cowley Road.
09:52 Leave 4 Southfield Road with JP, AF, HM, MH. Drive around the main roads of Oxford until we find National Lottery hoardings. Four found (which have not already been painted on by M.N.K.). One by station which is easily painted on. Three on Cowley Road, two of which are impossible to paint on as they are too high to reach. One of which is easily painted on.
- 11.30 (approx.) Arrive 4 Southfield Road.
- 14.11.94: Advertising hoarding on Cowley Road.
- 08:44 Leave 7 Bartlemas Road with JP & AF.
- 08:46 Arrive at advertising hoarding.
- 08:50 Start painting.
- 08:51 Finish painting.
- 08:55 Arrive 7 Bartlemas.
(There are eight National Lottery advertising hoardings in Oxford (five on Cowley Road), six of which now advertise M.N.K.).
