PRESS RELEASE
The M.N.K. has completed its latest project designed for the benefit of the community. The 'M.N.K. Walk' is a brand new pathway that spans whole swathes of the city of Oxford. For those interested in the secret spirit of Oxford, its' hidden geography and to furthering their discovery of the M.N.K., this walk is an inestimable journey of new understanding.
Like many walks it begins on Shotover Hill, but unlike many others it swiftly descends into the urban tangle of the Oxford suburbs. The city can be seen in many ways, but to the M.N.K. it is an entwined mass of paths, alleyways and roads interspersed with sharp surprises, adventure and magic. Viewed like this the city can appear to be another world. The M.N.K. Walk takes you on just one line through this underworld, but there are many lines to explore, some only you can find.
If you wish to take this walk be prepared for the trail is long, but there are many places to rest. It begins in Shotover Hill car park and leads you on a tangled track around Oxford, but where it journeys through, or where it ends, we will not say, because it is for you to find out. The path is marked by signs reading 'M.N.K.' next to an arrow.
If you would like to know more about the M.N.K. go for our walk, because if you search hard enough it will reward you with many of our secrets. For information on other M.N.K. activities, please write to:
