Flat for rent near Portobello Road

This much loved flat in Notting Hill is being rented out. It has a great reception, a bay-fronted master bedroom, second bedroom (perfect as a study), bathroom, kitchen and roof terrace. The building recently been painted, and the interior has been recently renovated.
Cornwall Crescent is incredibly handy. The flat is about 2 minutes away from Ladbroke Grove tube station, and 4 minutes fromPortobello Road, featuring the shops, great restaurants, clubs, cinema, bars and, of course, the market. If you are heading into the town centre, you can be at Oxford Circus in 20 minutes (via Notting Hill tube), or at Kings Cross in 25 minutes. I’ve personally evenwalked into town many times, via the canal or Hyde Park. There is even an Virgin Active gym about 1 minute away. Overall, it’s simply one of the very best areas of London to live in.
The cost is £1300.00 per month, and will be available from mid-December.

Glastonbury was good, wasn’t it?
Monday, July 2nd, 2007It’s been over a week since I got back… but it was as ever, great. I mostly slept and ambled about, but music wise, CSS, The Killers and Arcade Fire were great. But I didn’t see a huge amount of stuff I really wanted to see… Björk, Spiritualized Acoustic Mainline, The Good The Bad and The Queen, Damon Albarn’s musicians jam thing at The Park, The Hold Steady, oh, and lots and lots of other things. But I did amble and talk rubbish with people for hours – which is why I normally go after all.
It was a bit muddy though. So I’m afraid to say, I did go home on Sunday. And for the first time ever I got to watch some of it on TV, which looked pretty good really.

That’s the default line in a WordPress install. So…
This website is not Work. It is not about a careful branding process. Getting overly concerned with design. Pixels will not align. Things won’t be pretty. Inelegant. It will be hard to read. It might be accessible though. This is not about worrying about whether the text is professional, well written or polite. This is a place where I can write, refer to, show, whatever I want. Books, politics, art, stuff and stuff.
It is mainly for me. I forget things – and this might be the best way to remember.
It is also, almost completely nude at the moment. I’ve set the text to be Helvetica, but that’s it for the time being. (Actually, I removed the Helvetica too – now it’s whatever your browser thinks it should be). This is what a website really looks like underneath its clothes.
