Much of what the MNK have done has taken place in Oxford, and it is hard to discount the idea that the MNK are somehow related to the place. The MNK, apart from their numerous poster and graffiti campaigns, had a Demonstration Against Everything on Magdalen Bridge in Oxford, and set up their MNK Walk to wind around the city's backstreets. It is hard to know whether or not similiar events have taken place throughout the country (please write if you have any information), and indeed, in London, there was the Pan-London Demonstration, and various leaflet and poster campaigns. Yet it is inevitable and obvious for the MNK to target the capital, but, according to their own Communication Sheet 39, Oxford is the only other town in England that they have directly targeted. Communication Sheet 39 could be a decoy as it was given directly to me (I do not know if it was widely distributed), but, for the time being, I will assume it to be accurate.

So what is this 'connection'? Oxford University has had for years relations with MI5 and MI6, both secretive organisations, and British government in general. It is also assumed that there is a large Masonic-type bond between many of the graduates. Their graduation ceremonies also have esoteric ceremonies that participants involved with are sworn to secrecy about, which is something they share with the Freemasons, Knights Templar and Rosicrucians. The Bodleian Library of Oxford holds an enormous amount of books that would be of paramount interest to a dedicated occultist. There is even an 'Oxford Golden Dawn Occult Society', an organisation that the MNK is likely to have contact with.

It is impossible to make any direct accusations as there are no proven links, but it is not hard to imagine a group of academic initiates using their influenced and priveleged students to desseminate information and be known as the MNK. If this is the case then neither would it be impossible to find MNK initiates in government. Communication Sheet 9 may well be hinting at this when it talks of the MNK being "manifest" in Oxford. Communication Sheet 12, a letter to the Queen, says that the "MNK have taken control", and that "the major events of this country" will be influenced by them. The idea that the MNK is a product of Oxford University and it's system is not too far fetched.
